This behavior seems to be new, with Safari v4, that when it hangs (which seems more often than with v3, though I can't confirm this) I cannot Command Tab out of Safari to another application while it tries to figure out what to do. I have this uneasy feeling that Safari is quickly becoming non-compliant on my PPC iMac, or that the latest OS update (10.5.8) does not handle Safari as cleanly as before. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
