This is driving me nuts. I am trying to get Autofill to work correctly. As part of this I want to clear the list of 'User names and passwords'. None of them will delete. I have tried the following:
Clearing the cache
Resetting Safari
Deleting the safari.plist
Deleting the 'Safari Autofill' item in Keychain Access
Re-starting and re-launching Safari
The items are all still there.
Also, I cannot get Autofill to work on new websites. I am not presented with the pop-up window to allow me to save the passwords. Pop-ups are NOT blocked.
I'm running Safari 4.0.3 on Leopard
Everything works perfectly on Firefox! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
